The monthly production capacity for umbrellas is100,000 dozs and 30,000pcs for raincoats. The production capacity is being increasing as we are now extending our scale.We also produce some nomal plastic umbrella handles and frames, it helps to save
the costs,control the quality and speed up the production.There's no traditional industry in Yongchun Town, so we can make full use of the rich labor resources. All our managerial personnel and workers are very stable.A group of high-leveled and professional marketing sales to ensure the high quality service. Our products are mainly exported to Japan, Korea, Singapore, Europe, America,Australia, etc.. Q:How can you make sure your quality control? A:We have strict inspection system. (1)All fabric,all frames,handles should be inspected when materials finished. (2)After cutting the fabric,we inspect the fabric panels one by one again. (3)After stitching the panels,we inspect the canopies one by one again. (4)After sewing,we inspect the half-finished umbrellas one by one again. (5)After packing the handles and caps,hanging the tags,we inspect the finished umbrellas one by one again. (6)After package,our QC will check some by random inspection.
